Henrik Brabrand is a top-tier headhunter and matchmaker, and the founder of Dino Dotti Associates A/S (Ltd.) and the parent company Albright Partners A/S (Ltd.).
Henrik has spent more than 20 years as a headhunter, executive coach and advisor to top executives, founders and investors. He has lived and worked in Denmark, the UK, the US and Slovenia and has six children with his partner.
A lifelong fascination with people, psychology and what makes relationships succeed has shaped both his professional and personal life.
Outside work, Henrik enjoys tennis, hunting and travelling and is a passionate Formula 1 enthusiast. He is also the author of three books on leadership, performance and personal development.

A Dino Dotti Ambassador is a trusted, carefully selected individual who acts as a bridge between our company and an elite social circle. If you are a well-connected individual—e.g. a respected entrepreneur, family office advisor, or cultural leader—who would be open to discreetly introducing suitable candidates to our firm, we'd love to hear from you.
Rather than promoting our services publicly, your role is to connect us with suitable candidates possessing strong character, reputation, and social standing. By relying on your personal credibility and referrals, the ambassador concept contributes to strengthening integrity, discretion, and the overall quality of our matchmaking efforts.

Our founder - Henrik Brabrand - begins his career in top-level executive search and leadership advisory.

Albright Partners Ltd. - the proprietor of the Dino Dotti and Albright brands - was established in Copenhagen, Denmark.
2013
The first private matchmaking assignments are undertaken, applying executive-search principles to personal relationships.

Introducing the "Ambassador" concept to expand the global reach of Dino Dotti Associates.
2025
Building an "Ambassador" set-up in London, New York, and expanding in the Nordics.
